This is a letter of recommendation for Michael Adams and his company Adams Ribs Enterprises. I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with his company, especially his Original Rib Rubb. I feel that his company's products are wonderful, and I am pleased that they are made solely in North Carolina. The response that I have received from friends and family that have used the Adams Rib Rubb are overwhelmingly positive.
Being the chef at a family-owned and internationally renowned restaurant, I understand the importance of quality spices in cooking. The Adams Rib Rubb is just the right blend of spices to bring out the wonderful flavors of any meat it is used on. Although the Angus Barn uses its own original brand of B-B-Q sauce, I personally use the Adams Rib Rubb at home, and have recommended it to everyone I know. I am also impressed how Mr. Adams turned a road-side stand into a state-wide business. Family-owned businesses are very important to me, and being a member of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture's Goodness Grows organization is very important to all business owners in North Carolina.

HELP!
After purchasing a 7.5 oz bag of ADAMS RIB RUBB in Charleston (I Think) or some other place we visited, I found the secret to the best home cooked ribs I've ever had! Well guess what, I've run out and don't know where to find any more. Could you please send me some info on where and how I can get some more of this Wonderful Rub! I'll be glad to order some if I can.
